Prizes awarded  to groups will be shared between the members of the group.

1. The winner of the competition must as a condition of the prize agree to participate in such promotional activities and feature in such promotional material as the State Government may require.
2. The winner and runners up will be notified by mail and the results published in The Advertiser on 2 August 2008.
3. If the fraud, deceit or other action referred to in condition 12 is only discovered after prizes has been awarded for the competition, the prize must be returned to the State Government forthwith upon discovery by the State Government.
4. The competition will be judged by the Jury referred to in condition 15 based on the criteria referred to in that condition.
