Ralph Leonard

General Manager

Ralph Leonard is the General Manager, Information Economy and is keen to ensure that the work of Broadband SA is integrated with the activities of other stakeholders. Peter Triantafilou

Manager, Telecommunications

Peter’s role in Broadband SA is aimed at facilitating the development of new broadband infrastructure in South Australia.  In this role, Peter chairs the South Australian Telecommunications Strategy Implementation Group (SATSIG), a cross-agency working group made up of senior representatives from the South Australian Government, Local Government Association and the State’s public libraries.  Peter is the South Australian representative on the Online and Communications Council Regional Communications Working Group and a member of the Australian Telecommunications Users Group, Telecommunications Society of Australia and the International Institute for Communications. Don Basso

State Broadband Development Manager

Don’s role at the State level is to foster infrastructure projects to gain the widest possible availability of broadband in regional SA, as well as promote the uptake and innovative use of broadband by business and individuals. He will work closely with four Broadband Development Officers and other regional development and local government groups to achieve these aims.  View Don's Business Card 

Teresa Zielinski

Project Officer Broadband

Teresa maps the extent and limitation of broadband access using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping capabilities and supports the team by producing maps of broadband availability and coverage. As well as this she conducts technical analysis and provides project support to the team.  View Teresa's Business Card 

Nicole Spencer

Project Coordinator

Nicole focuses on the marketing and promotion of Broadband SA.  This involves, updating and revitalising the website, project case studies, creating marketing materials, Broadband SA Newsletter and initiating new ways to promote broadband usage in SA.  She also provides project support to the Broadband SA team.  View Nicole's Business Card 

Jo Murray

Manager Broadband Policy

Jo manages the update and creation of State Government policy relating to broadband and the Information Economy.  View Jo's Business Card
